A “Game of the Year” setting awaits Cedar Creek and Monroe Ouachita Christian on Friday night.

Outright first place in District 2-1A is the reward for whoever leaves as the winner in the 7 p.m. kickoff at the Cougars’ stadium.

OCS is No. 1 in the state, perfect after eight games and 2-0 against league opponents. Cedar Creek is in the state’s Top 10, winner of seven-of-eight overall contests and also 2-0 in the district.
