NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Administrator of the above succession has made application to lease the decedent’s undivided 100 percent interest in the following described property located in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana to Indigo Minerals LLC. The lease is for a primary term of 3 years, with a bonus payment of $ 262.33 per acre with a royalty of 1/4th on oil and gas, and on such other terms and conditions set forth in the oil, gas and mineral lease, attached to the petition as Exhibit A and the agreement for pipeline right of way is for a payment of $100.00 and other such terms as is more fully set forth in Exhibit B attached to the petition. The property is described as follows:
1) One certain parcel of land located in Lincoln Parish of Louisiana with all improvements thereon located in the N 1/2 of S 1/2 of S E 1/4 and N 1/2 of E 1/2 of S W 1/4 of S E 1/4 Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 3 West, containing 15 acres, more or less. Being the same property acquired by partition deed on the 26th day of February 1927 as recorded in File No. B-13257 and in Conveyance Book XX, Page 126 of the Conveyance Records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, less and except:1.41 acres, more or less, being more particularly described in that certain Deed dated July 25, 1969 from Bessie Williams to Chris E. Williams, et ux as recorded in Conveyance Book 138, Page 483 of the deed of records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana.
2)One certain parcel of land located in Lincoln Parish of Louisiana with all improvements thereon located in the S 1/2 of S 1/2 of S E 1/4 and N 1/2 of E 1/2 of S W 1/4 of S E 1/4 Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 3 West, containing 15 acres, more or less, being particularly described in that Certain Credit Deed dated May 1, 1945 from Sallie Belle Jackson to Bessie Williams as recorded in Conveyance Book 138, Page 483 of the Deed Records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana.
Any parties whom it may concern, including heirs and creditors of the decedent herein, are ordered to make any opposition which they may have to such application prior to issuance of the order or judgment authorizing approving, and homologating such application; such order or judgment may be issued after expiration of seven days from the date of the last publication of such notice.
