Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, October 26, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Lot Nos. 8, 9, and 10 of Shenandoah Subdivision, a subdivision of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, per the process verbal and plat thereof on file and of record in conveyance Book 972, at Page 22, Registry No. E-85616, and the Amendment thereto on file and of record in Conveyance Book 980, at Page 313, Registry No. E-87598, records of the Clerk of Court of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana; and TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 3 WEST, LINCOLN PARISH, LOUISIANA Section 25: A tract of land containing 5.43 acres, more or less, and being situated in the northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW/4 of NE/4). More particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of northeast Quarter (NW/4 of NE/4) and run thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 47 seconds West along the East line of said Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter (NW/4 of NE/4) for a distance of 629.92 feet, and to the point of beginning. From said point of beginning continue to run South 00 degrees 15 minutes 47 seconds West along the East line of said Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter (NW/4 of NE/4) for a distance of 467.58 feet; thence run North 60 degrees 53 minutes West for a distance of 790.37 feet, and to a point on the East right-of-way line of V Z Top Road; thence run in a Northeasterly direction along the right-of-way of said road, and along a curve to the right (chord North 44 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds East - 144.32 feet) for an arc distance of 147.46 feet, and to a point of tangent; thence run North 64 degrees 43 minutes 52 seconds East along said road right-of-way for a distance of 61.40 feet, and to a point on a curve; thence run in a Northeasterly direction along said curve, and along the East right-of-way line V Z top Road, curving to the left (chord North 72 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds East - 71.18 feet) for an arc distance of 79.20 feet; thence, leaving the right-of-way of said road, run north 27 degrees 07 minutes 18 seconds East for a distance of 121.49 feet; thence run South 66 degrees 53 minutes 58 seconds East for a distance of 449.27 feet, and back to the point of beginning, all as is more particularly shown on a plat of survey thereof prepared by Rodney A. Ray, dated July 3, 1996, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk of Court of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana
Seized as the property of defendant Shenandoah Stables, LLC Edward A. Naff and Charlotte Anne Naff and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash without benefit of appraisement. This 16th day of September, 2011.
