The Ruston High School Bearcat Belles recently attended the National Dance Alliance Summer Camp and were awarded a total of 66 ribbons.

The Louisiana Tech Stone Theatre is excited to announce tickets for the fall quarter production of “Our Town” will be on sale beginning Oct. 17.
Kenneth Robbins, director of the School of Performing Arts, will direct. “Our Town” performances are scheduled to run Oct. 26 – 29 and Nov. 2 – 5 at 7:30 p.m. in Stone Theatre, located in the Howard Center for the Performing Arts, on the corner of Adams Boulevard and West Arizona Avenue. Located in the lobby of Howard Auditorium, the Box Office hours are Monday – Friday, 1:30 – 4:45 p.m., and the number is 257-3942.
I’m pleased to have this opportunity to explain my support of the North Central Louisiana Arts Council. One obvious answer is that as a lifelong artist and art educator it is only fitting that I endorse my own field of interest. But why Dawn and I have gladly supported NCLAC for over 25 years requires a more comprehensive response.
