Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, September 14, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
The following described immovable property, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon and thereunto belonging in Lincoln County, Louisiana, To-wit: Township 18 North, Range 4 West Lincoln Parish, Louisiana Section 21: commencing at the SE corner of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of said Section 21 and run thence West for a distance of 186 feet to a point; thence run North for a distance of 210 feet and to a 1/2 inch iron pipe at the SW corner of that certain property described in conveyance book 174, page 480, records of the Clerk of Court of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, and run thence North 65 deg 40 min 41 sec West for a distance of 34.98 feet; and to a railroad spike set in the centerline of Walnut Creek Road and to the starting point. From said starting point, run thence South 89 deg 101 min 34 sec West for a distance of 345.37 feet, to an existing fence corner; thence run North 79 deg 21 min 58 sec West along an existing fence for a distance of 47.83 feet, and to a fence corner; thence run North 13 deg 15 min 32 sec East for a distance of 160.84 feet, and to a 3/4ths inch iron pipe set at the SW corner of that certain property described in conveyance book 22, page 137, records of the Clerk of Court of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana; thence run South 78 deg 46 min 00 sec East for a distance of 325.98 feet; and to a point in the centerline of Walnut Creek Road; thence run South 20 deg 14 min 7 sec East along said centerline for a distance of 103.28 feet back to the point of beginning, containing 1.07 acres, more or less; and that certain manufactured home/mobile situated on the above described property; being a 1992 Magnolia bearing vin nos. GDVKMS189220497A and GDVKMS189220497B, which said manufactured home/mobile home was immobilized pursuant to act of immobilization dated December 22, 2003 and filed for record as instrument no. 052503 of the records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana.
Seized as the property of defendant Beverly K. Hannibal aka Beverly Kaye Caldwell Hannibal and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 5th day of August, 2011.
