Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve never been more excited than when a letter or package with my name on it showed up in my mailbox.

Even now when I see a piece of mail that I don’t suspect is a bill or another credit card offer, I am excited to open the envelope and see what’s inside. Unfortunately, the postal system (like many government services) is experiencing a bit of a hiccup.
