Sellers, Vining wed in weekend ceremony
Chelsey Paige Sellers, of Dubach, and James William Vining Jr., of Oak Grove, were united in holy matrimony Aug. 27 at New Prospect Baptist Church in Dubach.
Officating the ceremony was Wendell Sellers.
Chelsey is the daughter of Harold and Barbara Sellers, of Dubach. She is the granddaughter of the late Harold Sellers, Patsy Sellers, of Farmerville, Clarice and Ronald Sanders, of Dubach, and Ben and Janice Jones, of Ruston.
James is the son of James and Leona Vining, of Oak Grove. He is the grandson of Huey and Dot Vining, of Dubberly, Geraldine Vining, of Oak Grove, Charles Stewart, of Leland, N.C., and Anne Slaton, of Ruston.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Serving Chelsey on her wedding day was Loren Stewart, of Dubach, as maid of honor and Ashley Biscomb, of Dubach, as matron of honor. Whitney Bullock, of Dubach, Angela Vining, of Oak Grove, Kacee Whittington, of Jonesboro, and Kristin Sellers, of Marion, all served as bridesmaids.
Serving James as best man was Alex Walker, of Mangham. Groomsmen for the wedding were Zach Stewart, of Dubach, Kris Foy, of Olla, Shannon Stewart, of Choudrant, and Bradley McCoy, of Indianola, Miss.
Steven Jones, of Monroe, and Nathan Sellers, of Dubach, served as ushers for the ceremony.
The flower girl for the wedding was Parker Sellers, of Dubach.
Music for the wedding ceremony was provided by Larry Bullock and Jennifer Croxton.
A reception was held at New Prospect Baptist Church.
Prior to the wedding day, a rehearsal dinner was held in the couple’s honor at the church and was hosted by the groom’s parents.
The couple will reside in Dubach.
