Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, July 27, 2011, beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 16, Township 19 North, Range 3 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, thence run South along the section line for a distance of 901.00 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of Louisiana Highway 822; thence, leaving said section line, run North 63˚ 58’07” East along said right-of-way line for a distance of 35.00 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar; thence run North 63˚58’07” East along said right-of-way line for a distance of 56.99 feet to a point; thence run North 61˚47’52” East along said right-of-way line for a distance of 90.33 feet to a point; thence run North 59˚36’41” East along said right-of-way line for a distance of 51.57 feet to a 5/8 rebar for the Point of Beginning: Thence leaving said right-of-way line, run North 14˚13’33” West for a distance of 400.84 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar; thence run North 59˚36’41” East for a distance of 89.03 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar; thence run South 30˚23’18”: East for a distance of 385.00 feet to a 5/8 rebar on the North right-of-way line of Louisiana Highway 822; thence run South 59˚36’41” West along said right-of-way line for a distance of 200.61 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing 1.280 acres, more or less, shown as “Tract 4” on the Map of Survey dated April 10, 2005 by William Lowe, P.L.S., together with all buildings and improvements located thereon; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-ways and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property. That certain manufactured home/mobile situated on the above described property, being a 2008 River Birch, MOD3205-1, Serial No.RB07AL12192A/B 30’x76’, which said manufactured home/mobile home was immobilized pursuant to Act of Immobilization Dated August 07, 2007 and filed for record as Instrument No. F87780 of the records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana.
Seized as the property of defendant Terry Lee Brown and will be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash without benefit of appraisement. This 17th day of June, 2011.
