Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, June 8, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Land situated in the Parish of Lincoln in the State of LA Section 36: Commencing at a railroad spike at the NW corner of said section 36 and run thence North 69 degrees 32 minutes 41 seconds East along the North line of said section 36 for a distance of 1,327.96 feet to a 5/8” rebar at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4: thence run South 00 degrees 46 minutes 24 seconds East along the East line of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 for a distance 194.09 feet to 5/8” rebar thence run South 55 degrees 36 minutes 47 seconds West for a distance of 1,150.46 feet and to 5/8” rebar; thence run South 44 degrees 09 minutes 55 seconds West for a distance 511.23 feet and to P.K. nail set on the West line of said section 36 and being located in the pavement of Mays Crossing Rd.: thence run North 01 degrees 11 minutes 27 seconds West along the West line of said section 36 for a distance of 1200.26 feet and back to the point of beginning, containing 19.893 acres more or less, all as per plat of survey by J. Walter Ballard. PLS. dated August 28, 2006. Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
Seized as the property of defendants James C. Bell and Kimberly Karen Bell and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 29th day of April, 2011.
