RESOLUTION NO. 736 OF 2011
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR UTILITY SERVICES AND FINES/PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 27-125 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RUSTON, LOUISIANA
WHEREAS, Section 27-125 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ruston, Louisiana, provides that fees for utility services and fines and/or penalties for violation of certain of the provisions set forth in Chapter 27 of the Code Of Ordinances shall be established by Resolution of the Board of Aldermen; and,
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed and recommended a fee structure for utility services and fines and/or penalties for violation of certain provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of Ordinances of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RUSTON, LOUISIANA:
§1. The City establishes the following fees for utility services pursuant to Section 27-129 of the Code of Ordinances.

§2. The City does hereby establish the following fines and/or penalties for violation of certain provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of Ordinances, as itemized below:

§3.The fees, fines and/or penalties set forth herein shall become effective on May 1, 2011.
§4.This Resolution shall become effective upon final adoption and signature of the Mayor.
This Resolution after having been read and considered by a quorum of the Board of Aldermen, on motion to adopt by Alderman Elmore Mayfield, and seconded by Alderman Jedd Lewis, a record vote was taken and the following result was had:
