Indian festivities take place at Tech
The “Discover India” exhibition began Monday evening from 4-7 p.m. with an outside Indian bazaar selling Indian food, offering Henna tattoos and displaying some of India’s colorful attire.
“It’s a good, first-hand experience if you don’t get a chance to go to India,” said Morgan Tarpley, a student at Tech. “The colors are so vibrant. That’s what stood out. I want to touch everything.”
That, of course, was the point.
