The Lincoln Parish School Board was put in a tough spot recently due to the Affordable Care Act.
It had to cut hours back for all of their wage-paid employees. But the LPSB is just one of thousands of companies across the U.S. with 50-plus employees that is feeling the sting of health care coverage changes.
School Superintendent Danny Bell said he is hopeful the insurance changes will not be a significant financial burden to anyone.
