Emily Earline Robken

Funeral Services and Life Celebration for Emily Earline Robken, age 89, of Ruston formerly of Maumelle, AR. will be 2:00pm, Friday, August 3, 2012, at the First United Methodist Church of Maumelle, AR, officiating the service will be Brother Matt Sculley of Trinity Church, Hot Springs, AR. Burial will immediately follow at Riverwood Memorial Gardens in Maumelle, AR. Under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.

Jasper Alton Westbrook Jr.

A graveside service for Jasper Alton Westbrook Jr., 69, was held at Pines Memorial Gardens in Ruston on Tuesday, July 31, 2012.

Jay was born in Ruston, LA on March 12 ,1943 and died in McAllen, TX on July 12, 2012. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the U.S. Army. His service medals include two Silver Stars, a Bronze Star, and a Purple Heart.

JOSEPH PATRICK NEWMAN (JP) FITZMORRIS

United States Navy Helicopter Air Crewman 1stClass, JOSEPH PATRICK NEWMAN (JP) FITZMORRIS, 31, of Ruston, Louisiana, was killed July 19th in Oman, when his MH-53E Sea Dragon, assigned to Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron 15 stationed at Norfolk, VA, crashed during a downed aircraft recovery operation of another helicopter, approximately 58 miles southwest of the capital city of Muscat.
