Funeral service for Peggy Wade Leachman, age 73, of Ruston will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 10:30 AM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston. Officiating the service will be Rev. Chris Craig and Rev. Andy Johnson. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston. Mrs. Leachman was born April 30, 1937 and passed away March 14, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents Jack and Earline Wade. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was an auxiliary volunteer for Northern Louisiana Medical Center.

Louise Sumlin Briggs died on Saturday, March 12, 2011, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was born in Simsboro, Louisiana, on March 5, 1918. Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church, located at 529 Convention Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at 2 p.m. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Rabenhorst Funeral Home at 825 Government Street and will continue at 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church when the service will begin. Memorial services for Judy Gail Galloway of Monroe will be Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Monroe with Reverend Jerry Whitman officiating. Services are under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe. Ms Galloway was born February 11, 1951 in Ruston, LA and passed away March 11, 2011 in Monroe, LA. She was a retired purchasing agent at the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a member of the Methodist Faith. She had been involved in numerous musical and artistic activities, including Masterworks, Little Theater shows and church choir.
