Library to waive fines in December

in

In honor of the Lincoln Parish Library’s 50th anniversary, and as a Christmas gift to patrons, library staff are forgiving all fines during the month of December. Those who have an old fine on record may come in and ask staff to remove it. If a resident has books at home that are overdue, they can bring them back, and no fine will be assessed. The only things staff cannot waive are charges for lost and/or damaged materials. While not mandatory, staff would appreciate a canned good donation, which will be given to Christian Community Action.
