We, the undersigned, duly qualified electors of the City of Grambling (the “City”), request your permission to organize and incorporate an economic development corporation, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 27 of Title 33 and Chapter 2 of Title 12 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended. The following documents are attached hereto for your review and approval:

TOWN OF DUBACH
REGULAR MEETING OF TOWN COUNCIL The Town Council of Dubach, Louisiana met in Regular Session Monday, March 17, 2014 at 6:30 pm at the Town Hall.
Present were Honorable Bob Jensen, Mayor and Council members Vallie Carrico, Hattie Graham, Robert Colvin, Donna Lewis, and Jessica Darden with the Ruston Daily Leader.
Absent: Davie Powell and Justina Hensley

Rachel Ann Lilly and Thomas Paul Davison, both of Ruston, were united in holy matrimony in a 6 p.m. ceremony Saturday, April 5, 2014, at Temple Baptist Church.
The bride is the daughter of Roy Miller Lilly III, of Minden, and the late Susan Hall Johnson. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Miller Jr., of Gibsland, the late Lillian Lilly, of Minden, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Gene.
