AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAMBLING

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAMBLING TO DECLARE PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND TO AUTHORIZE SALE OF SAID SURPLUS PROPERTY.
Section 1. Pursuant to a motion held at the Board of Aldermen Meeting held on March 3, 2011, the following property was deemed to be surplus property as such property is no longer needed for public purposes and that same should be sold: Automobiles
The vehicles are as following: 1998 Chevy, 1997 Ford, 2001 Dodge, and 1994 Jeep

ORDINANCE #0206011- 1 The Board of Aldermen of the City of Grambling meet on the 7th day of April, 2011 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Grambling, LA, and adopted the following ordinance. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAMBLING TO DECLARE PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND TO AUTHORIZE SALE OF SAID SURPLUS PROPERTY.

The Ruston Police Department

The Ruston Police Department plans to petition the Ruston City Court for authority to dispose of unclaimed property recovered by the Ruston Police Department during the years 2003-2010. The owners of any unclaimed property in the possession of the Ruston Police Department should contact Captain Michael Lestage at 501 North Trenton St., Ruston, Louisiana to claim their property prior to its disposal on June 15, 2011.
