Allen, Hinton to exchange vows in ceremony at Temple Baptist

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Daniel E. Albritton, of Shreveport, the late Julia B. Albritton and the late Jack C. and Nell Clark Hinton.
Claire is a 2009 alumna of Ruston High School and presently attends Louisiana Tech University. She is employed at Log Cabin and Fox’s Pizza Den.
The groom is the son of D.J. and Sandy Allen, of Ruston. He is the grandson of Bonnie Lee Peel, of Ruston, the late Charles H. Allen Sr., and Mr. and Mrs. Richard E. Crawford of Calhoun. Klayton is a 2005 alumnus of Ruston High School and currently attends Louisiana Tech University.

Fredrick Woodard

Funeral services will be held for Fredrick Woodard, 70, at Rose-Neath Home Chapel , on Friday, January 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Bruce Willson will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. The interment will follow at the Alabama cemetery. Fredrick was born June 18, 1940, in the Alabama Community, to Wiley and Emily Gracy Cox Woodard. He entered into rest on Monday, January 17, 2011, in Homer, LA. He was a member of Alabama Baptist Church.
