Memorial services for Lisa Beth Reynolds will be held Thursday January 20, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at United Methodist Church in Athens. Officiating will be Rev. Ross Genger. Lisa was born November 27, 1955 in Homer and entered into rest January 16, 2011 in Minden. She had been a resident of Athens for years. She was a homemaker who loved helping others. She loved children, especially her grandchildren Emma and Jackson. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, playing games, and drinking her Dr. Peppers.

Graveside services for Mrs. Helen Foster, age 81, of Ruston, will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Simsboro Cemetery in Simsboro Louisiana under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston. Officiating the service will be Rev. Stan Pody. Mrs. Foster was born October 28, 1929 and passed away January 17, 2011.

Helen Davis Owen passed away on Saturday January 15, 2011 at her family home at D’Arbonne, Louisiana in Union Parish after a long illness. She was 86. Helen was born in Arcadia on August 14, 1924. Helen graduated from Farmerville High School and attended Louisiana Tech University where she was a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority. Before her marriage to C.B. Owen of Sedley, Virginia, she enjoyed her exciting work as a stewardess for Delta Airlines and later she wrote a column for a local paper in Ohio. After raising their family in Virginia and Ohio, Helen and C.B.

Agreement targets educational and professional development
