Everyone won at ‘Jam’ event

We’re only one week into the prep football season, and already Lincoln Parish is a big winner.
That’s all thanks to the “Jam at the Joe.”

Thoughtless shoppers hurt us all

in

I’m not sure about you, but I personally hate to go grocery shopping. I‘m not sure if I somehow manage to do it inefficiently or something, but it always seems to take a minimum of two hours and costs way more than I would have liked (especially these days when prices of essential items just seem to keep climbing). I must admit that I do, however, get at least a small amount of amusement from the task.
My amusement is probably a pain in the side of the poor people who work there, but I think it’s OK to be amused considering I’m not the one who is actually creating extra work for them to do (though these days I know a lot of people are OK with extra work because it means they still have a job).
I’m sure everyone who has ever gone shopping in any place bigger than a convenience store (even the most unobservant of us) has seen something out of place such as a box of cookies on the banana rack. It is always highly amusing to see where things have been abandoned.
