Christmas a time for remembering

Christmas is such a nostalgic time of year (but then again I’m a rather nostalgic person). It seems like I can remember things more clearly around the holidays than I can at other times of the year. I always find that no matter how happy I am with my life as it is, I can’t help but reminisce about when things were simpler, different or “better” (mostly likely in a “the grass is always greener” sort of fashion).

Ruston High’s winning streak in girls’ basketball is finally over.
