Techsters made ‘mark’

A two-time AIAW All-American and all-time leading scorer (2,659 points) in Lady Wildcats’ history will be justly rewarded for her rock-rugged perseverance, smooth-as-a-marble shooting skills and inspirational leadership here Saturday night.

Community supports Med-Camps

Med-Camps of Louisiana began in 1987 with just 13 campers and has grown steadily and expanded its programs. This year 300 campers are expected to attend a variety of camps which meet their needs through medical supervision and trained staff counselors.
The mission statement of Med-Camps to offer the highest quality programs at no charge to the campers could not be achieved without the generous support of individuals and businesses.

Destination — hometown

The combination makes for a superb sea of humanity with which to surround oneself.
When I initially came back to Ruston, both of my parents were alive, and their care was a duty of privilege which I undertook with my younger brother. When they both passed away, some of my friends asked me whether I would consider moving. I suppose a relocation is always an option in life, but I don’t think I ever really thought of it seriously.
Here is my letter of recommendation for Life in Ruston.

Greta steals the luncheon show
